Presenter:   Bill Heffernan - Consultant, Coach, Counselor, Trainer

A valued member of CAGC, Bill is a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), who co-founded Employee Resource Systems, Inc. (an Employee Assistance Program) and ScreenSafe, Inc., a third-party administrator of drug-free workplace programs. 

Bill's career includes several organizations spanning roles focused on addictions counseling, marketing and communications, program management, and operations. He has earned many accolades during his long tenure for his expertise, leadership and contributions, and has served in a variety of volunteer roles, including as the Chairperson for the Chicagoland Chamber's Drug-Free Workplace Taskforce, board member, and as the President of the Northern Illinois Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (NIEAPA).
