Brad Benhart has been involved in all aspects of construction including commercial, residential, international, and all related aspects of training, research, and education. In 2009, Benhart joined Purdue University as a professor in their Building Construction Management program. Brad is focused on construction supervision, administration, project management, strategic planning, succession planning, scheduling, and project controls. His previous position was Vice President with Pepper Construction Company of Chicago, IL. In addition to his role at Purdue, Brad owns Integrated Construction Resources, a construction consulting company that focuses on strategic planning, forensic work, expert witness analysis, and owners’ representation.
