Capitol Cement Company, founded in 1914, is capable of handling all your site work needs.  We have a track record of always finishing our projects on time and we take pride in the quality of our work.  We self-perform the following services: demolition, excavation, processing/crushing aggregates, sewer/water main installation, grading, structural concrete, flatwork concrete, concrete paving, and asphalt paving.  We subcontract and manage all other work to ensure successful project completion.   As a leading General Contractor in the Chicagoland Area, we can handle any size project and ensure customer satisfaction.
