Lindberg Law, LLC- Erik W. Lindberg is a seasoned construction attorney with more than 17 years of experience advising construction companies on complex, high-stakes projects across the United States. Known for his deep understanding of how projects are actually built—not just how contracts are written—Erik brings a unique, hands-on perspective to legal strategy in the design-build space. Having served as in-house counsel for public and private contractors, Erik has negotiated and reviewed billions of dollars in contracts, helping teams manage risk, navigate public and private procurements, and deliver infrastructure that shapes communities. His expertise spans environmental remediation, renewable energy, rail, and transportation, with a special focus on large, multi-stakeholder design-build and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects.  He is known for turning complex problems into simple and actionable solutions.

A Miami University Business School and St. Louis University School of Law graduate, Erik is admitted to the Illinois Bar and The United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He’s a member of the Illinois and Winnebago County Bar Associations, the Chicagoland Associated General Contractors and the Illinois Road and Transportation Builders Association. He is a co-founder of The Ethan Lindberg Foundation, a non-profit supporting families navigating the challenges of raising children with complex illnesses.
