LRS was started over 24 years ago by industry veterans who saw an opportunity in the Chicagoland market to enhance the overall waste and recycling customer experience. Since those modest beginnings, LRS now ranks as one of the country’s largest privately held waste and recycling haulers. We own five Material Recycling Facilities, including a state-of-the-art single-stream recycling facility, and are dedicated to pioneering a new path forward in waste diversion and recycling services.
