Thatcher's deep understanding of local ground conditions and national, international, and local building codes coupled with its database of geotechnical borings and successes help the company offer solutions that others cannot. Thatcher's services include hydraulic pressed sheeting, drilled piling, pile driving, displacement piling, chemical and permeation grouting, ground/rock anchors, nailing, cofferdams, dock inspection and marine construction, and they've been designing all of these. In 2021, Thatcher added Caissons (Drilled Shafts) to its portfolio with the direction of Jay Luther, who spent over 30 years with Revcon Construction Corporation.
