State Representative Natalie Manley has been a member of the Illinois House of Representatives since 2013 and represents Illinois’ 98th House District which includes areas of Joliet, Crest Hill, Romeoville, Bolingbrook and Plainfield. Representative Manley is a Certified Public Accountant, received a BBA from the University of St. Francis and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership-Public Administration from Lewis University. Representative Manley was appointed Assistant Majority Leader of the Illinois House of Representatives in January 2019 and recently was promoted to Deputy Majority Leader, June of 2023.  Having been in Springfield for 7 terms, Leader Manley has served on many of the House committees but in the 103rd General Assembly, serves on the Rules committee, Executive Committee, Revenue & Finance Committee, Ethics & Elections, Cybersecurity, Healthcare Availability & Access, Financial Institutions, and Labor & Commerce committees. Leader Manley is part of the House MOD (moderate) caucus and Women’s caucus.
