Michael Metz-Topodas represents clients in construction-related litigation and disputes and counsels them on construction law matters. His practice also focuses on Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulatory compliance and citation defense for construction and industrial clients. In representing general contractors, subcontractors, owners, designers, and suppliers on private, public and federal projects, Michael handles construction disputes involving delay and inefficiency claims, design and construction defects, unforeseen site conditions, project scope disputes, bid protests, and payment claims, including mechanics liens, bond claims, and Miller Act claims.

Alex Reich focuses on employment law across a variety of sectors. Brandon Clark represents clients in the resolution of construction disputes through litigation and arbitration. His experience encompasses a broad range of matters such as construction delays, contractor termination, cost overruns, structural defects, and claims against professional liability insurance policies. Brandon's practice is informed by his training and past work as a mechanical engineer for an automotive manufacturer and an engineering firm specializing in consulting to the power generation industry. His focus on construction disputes is reflected in his role as the co-editor of the firm’s Construction Industry Counsel blog and as a contributing editor to The Construction Lawyer, the leading publication of the ABA Forum on Construction Law. He also serves on CAGC's Government Relations Committee which monitors and advises members on construction-related legislation affecting our industry.
