After a few years' hiatus, our Construction Leadership Council's Jobsite Tour & Happy Hour event is back! Our members' young professionals are invited to join us on a tour led by Power Construction of its 1114 W. Carroll Avenue project in Fulton Market, followed by happy hour at nearby Aberdeen Tap.

Slated for completion in 2025, this 34-story mixed-use development will offer 368 residential units and ground-floor retail space to cater to diverse needs.  Amenities for residents will include a pool, deck, fitness center, and rooftop terrace. The project will also provide 95 parking spaces for vehicles and 185 spaces for bikes.

After touring the site we'll head over to the Aberdeen Tap for food, drinks, and socializing!

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis as space is limited.
