WHEATON, Illinois (December 9, 2019) – RentalMax, the largest general equipment rental company in Chicagoland, is pleased to announce it will open a rental store location in Carol Stream, Illinois. The store, which is located two blocks north of North Avenue on 124 N. Schmale Road, is expected to open in Spring 2020. RentalMax will also move its Administration offices to Carol Stream, which will serve as the company’s headquarters.
The new Carol Stream facility, with 2 acres and 20,000 square feet, features an indoor service shop, a showroom, offices and a training center.

The facility RentalMax will occupy is the former home of DitchWitch Midwest, which has been in Carol Stream since 1972.

RentalMax will move rental operations in Wheaton to the new location in Carol Stream; however, given its close proximity and expanded resources RentalMax will continue to serve long-time customers in Wheaton and DuPage County from the new location.
